Donation Disclaimer

1. Purpose of Donations
Gifted Smile raises funds for two charities:

The Treatment Bag Charity – donations are used to provide Hug Bags to patients in Yorkshire hospitals.

Something to Look Forward To – donations are used to purchase Special Treats distributed by the charity.

2. Processing of Donations
All donations are processed securely via JustGiving or the respective partner charities. Gifted Smile does not collect or process payment information directly.

3. Use of Funds
Gifted Smile acts solely as a fundraising facilitator. We ensure all donations reach the intended charity for the stated purpose. Once funds have been transferred to the respective charities, Gifted Smile is not responsible for how the donations are managed or used by the charities.

4. No Refunds by Gifted Smile
Any queries, refunds, or issues relating to donations must be handled through the relevant donation platform or partner charity. Gifted Smile cannot issue refunds for donations made via external platforms.

5. Age Restriction
Donors must be 18 years or older to make a donation or contribute a Special Treat.

6. Liability
By donating, you acknowledge that Gifted Smile cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from donations, including any actions of the partner charities.
